Hana Kim is a seasoned Strategic Business and Workplace Law attorney, practicing since 2009. Fluent in Korean and English, her advice is uniquely informed by her dual perspective from both sides of employment law. Having served as an Objective Investigator at the NYC Commission on Human Rights and as experienced in-house Employment Counsel, Hana brings a rare balance to her practice. She delivers proactive, strategic counsel on employment, compliance, and corporate issues for businesses navigating complex legal landscapes. Hana serves as a fractional general counsel to clients in diverse industries, including healthcare and nonprofits, providing comprehensive legal guidance across multiple states. Her extensive experience enables her to deliver tailored, strategic solutions that address each client's unique needs and challenges. Hana earned her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in New York and her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and B.A. from Handong Global University in South Korea. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY).
